- Today is World Aids Day, a day of special significance for South Africa. IOL has some very informative links that cover many different aspects of Aids in SA. These can be found here, here and here.   

- I think if we're honest, it has crossed all our minds -- Home Affairs has a way of doing that to people. This time they picked the wrong man to screw over for two years.

- This just in, gay marriage will become legal in South Africa from next year! The Constitutional Court ruled it was unconstitutional to prevent gay people from enjoying the same legal benefits of marriage as a heterosexual couples and gave parliament one year to rework laws allowing same sex unions. Finally managed to answer that question which was put to me here.
