I thought Manuel's budget was very interesting, just one point that I was a bit concerned about was the bailout of DENEL. That is a sinking ship if there ever was one!

You took the words right out of my mouth. I also thought the bailout of DENEL was an interesting blip in an otherwise pretty solid budget - I guess the government has decided that our defence industry has to be protected at all costs and that it (the gvt) is willing to take a hit to keep it up and running.
