Cecil Burgess relaxes after a hard day in Parliament

 

In an effort to "reach out" to the masses and put a human face on that centre of excellence, Parliment (yes I am being facetious) a new directory of MP's has been released. The new directory lists not only MPs contact details, but also provides abridged CVs and information they supplied about their personal and policy interests. So, let's take a peek into the hidden world of some of these public "representatives" : 

 

Alec "The Player" Erwin lists his interests as bird watching (you dog you!), while Charles "The Enforcer" Nqakula between slating the Scorpions and hiding crime rate stats enjoys "writing poetry and composing choral music". Of course no hobby list could possibly be complete without "stopping faction fighting" as Phumzile Bengu's does.  Hannes "the New White mans burden" Combrinck ministers to white people in an attempt to "change their mindsets" - awesome, what a guy! Enoch Asiya managed to remove his lips from the Prez's ass for long enough to confess his interests include "working for fulfilment of the ANC agenda".

 

But then of course there is MP of the Year Cecil Burgess who, lists his hobby as simply "alcohol abuse"....
