In what many hope was the sound of the Deputy Prez's brain rebooting these words were heard :

"We've got lessons to learn from Zimbabwe -- how to do it (land reform) fast....we need a bit of an oomph...so, we might want some skills exchange between us and Zimbabwe to get some of their colleagues to help us here with that."

 

Granted she said this with "a smile on her face" - whatever that means. But seriously, what the hell is she talking about, who are these "experts" on land reform in Zimbabwe and what will they teach us? How to move a country to triple digit inflation, how to boost the unemployment rate through the roof or maybe an instructional videos about how to turn a productive farms into wastelands?
